I have a confession. I am addicted to kitchen gadgets. My pulse races as I near Williams-Sonoma, LeCreuset, or any other kitchen-specific store. Over the years I have accumulated quite an array of unique items that I just couldn't see myself living without. So, dear readers, I am curious....what kitchen gadget or gadgets have you found irresistible?
